2. Purpose of the Website

The Harderz Bookings website aims to:

  • presents artists (DJs)

  • facilitate connections between event organizers and artists

  • centralize perfomance requests

  • provide coordination and administrative management services for artistic perfomances

3. Nature of tje services

Harderz Bookings acts exclusively as a coordination, intermediation, and administrative
management service for artistic perfomances.

In this context, Harderz Bookings:

  • facilitates connections between organizers and artists

  • coordinates requests and performance conditions

  • supports the administrative organization of events

  • does not act as an exclusive representative of artists

  • holds no exclusivity rights over any artist

  • does not exercise control over the artists' careers

Artists:

  • remain fully independent in their choice of perfomances

  • are free to accept or decline any request

  • may collaborate with other intermediaries or organizers

Where necessary, the administrative management and/or remuneration of artists may be

handled through a third-party structure specialized in social and administrative management

of artistic perfomances, in order to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

4. Perfomance Requests

Any request submitted through the website constitutes a request for connection and

availability check.

It does not in any way constitute a confirmed booking.

A perfomance is only considered confirmed after:

  • validation by the relevant artist

  • agreement on the perfomance conditions

  • issuance and signing of a performance agreement

As part of the organization process, Harderz Bookings provides a performance agreement

to be completed and signed by the relevant parties in order to formalizze the therms of the

engagement.

This agreement defines the conditions of the performance without creating any exclusive

relationship between Harderz Bookings and the artists.

5. Liability

Harderz Bookings acts as an intermediary and coordinator of performances.
As such, Harderz Bookings cannot be held liable for:

  • the artistic performance of the artists

  • the equipment used by the artists

  • the execution of performances on stage

Each artist remains solely responsible for:

  • their performance

  • their professional conduct

  • compliance with agreed commitments

6. Financial Terms

Financial terms are defined on a case-by-case basis depending on the performance, the artist,

and the organizer.

Depending on the nature of the performance, payments may be centralized by Harderz 

Bookings and then processed within a compliant administrative framework via a third-party

structure specialized in the social and administrative management of artistic performances.

7. Intellectual Property

The content displayed on the website (texts, visuals, images, logos):

  • is the property of Harderz Bookings or the relevant artists

  • may not be used without prior written authorization

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected through the website (forms, contact requests) is used solely for:

  • managing performance requests

  • communicating with clients and artists

No personal data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access your data

  • request correction

  • request deletion
